Water-cooled Flexible Thermal Cables for Induction Furnaces

Water-cooled cables (commonly called water cables) are specialized hollow cables designed for high-current heating equipment in metallurgical applications. These cables typically consist of three main components: electrode (cable head), conductor, and outer protective sleeve.

Water cooled cable is a kind of intermediate water, special cable for high current heating equipment, usually by electrode (cable head), a conducting wire, an outer casing is of three parts is composed.

Features
  1.   Terminal performance: Made of high-purity red copper material with a one-time forging process to improve its high conductivity.
