The extruder barrel liner is an essential part of any extrusion system. Our high-performance
barrel liners are manufactured with advanced deposition cladding technology and made from
our high-grade OS60 (BLM60) alloy. This premium solution ensures stable and efficient
extruder performance. It effectively doubles the service life of the barrel and screw, improves
the quality of extruded products, and significantly reduces overall production maintenance costs.

The Rockwell hardness of the deposited Ni60 coating can consistently reach HRC 58–62,
which is significantly higher than that achieved by laser cladding (HRC 50–55). This places
it at the advanced level of comparable products from Germany and Japan, with wear
resistance more than double that of laser cladding.
