With the collaboration of Northwestern Polytechnical University's Materials Research Team, we developed PTRW6 ultra-fine grain wear-resistant steel, which is engineered specifically for parallel twin-screw extruder elements. Through grain refinement powder metallurgy and electroslag remelting technology, it surpasses the limitations of conventional wear-resistant steels W6542, delivering the ultimate solution for high-wear applications.
