Screw Nut Conveyor & Spot Welding Machine for Automotive
1 . Description
The screw nut conveyor is used with spot welder.By magnetic vibration,nut is picked and transported to be the welding position.
2 . Features:
1) PLC control, with high reliability, easy to modification and maintenance..
2) Nuts are pneumatically delivered by a feeding device. Speed is up to 40 pc/minute with high accuracy..
3) Working steps are: start , transport, spot welding. If the nut is not in a proper place, or spot welding machine does not work, they are interacted to realize the automation.
3 . Nut conveyor delivery :
The nut is driven to rotate by the vibration plate, and moves according to the predetermined track of the vibration plate. The nut meeting the standard is selected to enter the conveying pipe, and the nut is sent to the designated working position by the ejector of the conveying gun to complete the conveying process.The nut conveyor is usually used in conjunction with the welding machine. When the nut is sent to the positioning pin of the welding machine through the ejector in the gun, the ejector automatically retracted and the welding machine completes the welding action.
