KCF Guide Pins /Sleeve is not an insulation coating but a specially processed insulation material which does not peel.

KCF Weld Guide Sleeves are commonly used in stud welding applications where a stud welding electrode is used to join a metal stud to a workpiece. The KCF sleeve is designed to provide insulation and protection to the stud welding electrode during the welding process.
When using a KCF Weld Guide Sleeve with stud welding electrodes, the sleeve is placed over the electrode prior to welding. The electrode is then inserted through the sleeve and positioned onto the workpiece.
