Bloom welding is the manufacturer of KCF bars and KCF guide pins. We offer various sizes of guide pins, locating pins, bushings, and sleeves in materials including KCF alloy, ceramic coated, Zirconia ceramic, and Silicon nitride ceramic. We produce both standard sizes and custom-made pins according to customer drawings.

KCF material is a special metal material that undergoes a unique heat treatment process within a temperature range of 1000-1500 degrees. This process generates a 10-32μm thick high-quality insulation layer on the surface, which combines excellent wear resistance with high insulation resistance. The material is processed into various parts that provide insulation, wear resistance, and anti-oxidation functions, primarily used in resistance welding equipment.
While ceramic guide pins have traditionally been used as welding nut positioning pins, their poor toughness and fragility make KCF guide pins increasingly popular as a superior alternative.
