Laminated copper flexible shunts, also known as copper foil busbar connectors, are essential conductive spare parts for resistance welding equipment. They are manufactured by stacking multiple layers of high-conductivity copper foils and compact-welding the two terminals. The flexible middle section can absorb vibration and offset during equipment operation, stably transmitting large welding current between transformers and welding arms. Custom sizes and terminal hole layouts are supported to fit various spot welders and seam welders.
