We supply various standard shapes of cutter blades and holder for air tip dresser and auto tip dresser.Also offer customized cutter blades and holder according to your drawing.Bloom cutters correspond to majority of cap tip shapes,and fit into various types of tip dresser from each maker.
The Bloom pneuamtic tip dresser is a hand-held, pneumatic tip dresser that allows the operator to dress a wide variety of nose styles with speed and accuracy. Cutters are easily removed which provides a smooth transition between shapes and sizes. Optional, clamp-style tip dressers are also available in this series.
Lightweight and rugged construction, the pneumatic Tip Dresser requires a clearance of only 1-1/2″ with the standard ring and 2″ with an extended ring. In most situations, this allows the dressing of electrodes without removal from the welder. Operating at a cutting speed of 1200 RPM enables the operator to dress electrodes quickly and accurately. Cutters and guide rings are easily replaced.
